If you're doing a launch, or have a new offer idea, or a new blog post, or anything else that you want to share with them, you'll bring that up here during the office hours portion of coworking.

• "Okay, it's time for our halfway break, for our office hours" just like you normally would
• And then say, "Before we get into any questions that anyone might have today, I just wanna tell you about [fill in the blank whatever it is] that I'm super excited about" or however you wanna phrase that

So before inviting questions, tell them about the thing you wanna tell them about.

Sometimes that will naturally lead into the juicy conversations and people will ask questions.

Other times, it's "Okay, I wanted to tell you about that. I'm done telling you about that. Does anyone have any questions?"

So it can kind of go either way.
