At the end of the whole coworking session, I liked to have some chat time. This is optional, but it's just another opportunity for relationship building, so why the heck not?

Since I liked to go around and have everybody say what they're working on at the beginning, at the end you can check in on people's goals for the day, how they're feeling about the session, what they were able to accomplish, and celebrate their wins. That was always a really fun part of it.

So I would usually allow 10 or 15 minutes of this.

After chit-chat time you'll say

• thanks for hanging out with you
• see you next week (or whatever your frequency is)
• encourage them to share about coworking with others
