Have a little on-brand phrase for your coworking. This can come up naturally, so don't stress about having this at the very beginning, but eventually in my coworking, we started using the phrase "butt-in-chair."
There was a little story behind why I say butt-in-chair, because I've said that for a long time. One of my Creative Writing professors used to say that "butt in chair is the hardest part of being a writer". And so I started saying, "butt in chair".
It had this little story behind it, so it was memorable and it was casual and a little irreverent and silly, which is very on brand for me.
I made it a hashtag and people used the phrase all the time. I used the phrase in all the reminder emails. And I started using the peach emoji in all the promotions and reminder emails.
And so everybody remembered the peaches. Like anytime anybody posted, they were all covered in peach stickers, so it made it very memorable and clever both for them, and then anyone else I invited.
