Q&A Call from Get It Done Week Feb 2024I'm wrestling with the transcript/captions not lining up with the audio correctly, so it's not perfect, but I wanted to get the replay up before the end of the day anyway, so here it is! Hopefully I'll hear back from Descript soon and will be able to get that corrected asap!

To jump to questions/bits that you're interested in, hover your mouse over the time/player bar (what's that thing called?) and you'll see the different chapter markers pop up!

00:50 Can you speak more about the leadership piece of the Content Marketing Ecosystem Framework?
>>> my blog post about Content Marketing Ecosystems
>>> my course that talks a lot about content marketing ecosystems: How to Build a Content System That Protects & Fuels Your Energy

03:21 — Intro to Spark Zones (only creating content on platforms in your "Spark Zones" i.e. that are in formats you actually enjoy creating in)

05:58 Jumped back to the leadership content question asked earlier (lol)

06:53 You said you had 200ish people on your list when you started doing Coworking. How large was your email list after you spent a year and a half hosting coworking? >>>I said I would look up these numbers

08:19 What would you say is the ideal frequency for free coworking?

11:21 Would a super cheap $7/month coworking fee be a bad idea?

12:49 What's the best time to run these?

14:05 Thoughts on how we don’t all have to structure our offers in the same ways that have always been done.

15:20 Do you think it's important to call it "coworking"?

15:58 How I structured the landing page where people signed up for coworking
>>> See this lesson for my landing page swipes

18:05 Do you provide the schedule structure to your participants?

19:40 You said that coworking only scales to a certain point. Does this method of relationship building become unsustainable?

22:35 The nature of the relationships built; everyone was so supportive whenever I had to cancel and when I eventually did put it on hiatus

24:13 Which was it that burned you out after a year and a half - the actual hosting/time spent with people, or was it all the posting on social media about it?

25:02 Could your coworking turn into an online community?

26:07 Where was your business revenue-wise when you started coworking, and where were you at the end when you put it on hiatus? (I also explain my launch and offer structure that I was using when I did start making money)

32:09 Coworking can be really good for a season of your business journey. It doesn't necessarily have to be a forever thing.

Does office hours being in the middle interrupt the flow of the coworking?
