If no one has any questions...
The first few times you run coworking, people might not have any questions or you might get crickets.
But don't stress, that's totally, totally normal.
Over time people will open up as they get more comfortable in the space that you're holding, but usually if you can get the conversation going in some way or another, people will come up with questions.
So, if you follow your coworking regulars on social media or you subscribe to their newsletters, if they're business owners, you'll have stuff to ask them questions about and prompt conversations.
Over time, as you develop relationships with them, it'll be really easy to say things like
- "Oh, hey Alex, I saw you launched your new offer. How's that going?"
- "Sam, I was thinking about that question you asked last week, and I had another thought on that..."
- "Priya, your email yesterday was *chef's kiss*. Did your audience respond well?"
Obviously these are all like content and business-related examples because that's what I was doing. But that's just to illustrate what that could look like.
You asking this stuff will prompt questions from them. Or you'll just be having conversations and you're not necessarily answering questions, per se, but it's still juicy and helpful conversations about your area of expertise.
