The theme of your coworking is the positioning piece. This sets you up as the expert in your niche.

I will say: don't hold onto it too tightly.

Create the space with the theme, but also people are gonna use your coworking sessions for whatever they need to be doing that day.

Mine for example, was Content Creation Coworking, but like I would say maybe 20% of the time people were actually creating content during coworking.

Sometimes they were catching up on client work. Sometimes they were creating new course materials. Sometimes they were just eating lunch.
