Try to automate the reminder/link email as much as possible.
Different tech will allow different levels of automation, but do whatever you can to automate as much as possible because you will forget to send it manually sometimes.
I started out sending it manually and I absolutely forgot at least 50% of the time in those early days.
It's good to leave a little room for customization each week in case you need to cancel the session because you have a migraine or something or you have a launch going on and you wanna add something specific or special to that week's email about it.
In Mailerlite, I had a pre-written and formatted and graphic'd up draft that I would duplicate and schedule in like big batches. I would do it for weeks at a time and I would just schedule these emails out weeks ahead, and then when it ran out, I would do it again.
That way they were just individual broadcast emails that I could go in and add to if I needed, or if I needed to cancel it the last second I could.
And this went out one hour before co-working session.
