A word of warning for life coaches or if you're a coach in a niche that doesn't involve a lot of doing.
This whole strategy can still work for you, but you might need to do some tweaks.
First of all I was exchanging emails with someone about wanting it to be more of a co-being as opposed to co-doing.
And it's totally cool and legit, if you wanna implement this without the working part of co-working and you want this to just be office hours, time, or community time, that's absolutely valid.
But I just wanna put in a word of caution. It's very easy to accidentally slip into creating something that should be paid when you set this up. So if you have a regular coworking session and you're like, "I'll start off the session with a mini training"
No, do not do that.
Absolutely not. Don't let yourself over-deliver in the form of creating content or stuff to fill the time or try to make it attractive.
The whole point of this strategy is that they're the ones directing and creating in this space, not you.
Holding and filling the space is already very labor intensive for you. Don't make it harder for yourself than it needs to be.
So if you want this to be a co-being space or a office hours time or just community time, awesome. Love it.
But don't accidentally trip into this overdelivering, because it's very easy to do that, especially if if you are at a stage in your business where you have a lot of free time, because there's like big gaps between clients, it's very easy to accidentally set this up.
But then once you start getting clients, you're not gonna be able to keep this up. And the whole idea of this is to get more clients.
The whole thing that's attractive about it is the community time and direct access to you.
You don't need to add more to it. It's already very attractive.
