So now let's talk about the actual office hours portion, because this is the juicy part. This is a key part of the strategy because this is where you actually get to have most of the conversations.

The way I did it was very unstructured because that's how I do everything.

At the halfway point, we had a longer break. I'd set the timer for 20 minutes, but often we would go over.

And I would just come off mute and say, "Okay, it's time for our halfway break."

If there were new people there, I'd say "This is the office hours portion of coworking."

And then I would just say, "Does anyone have any questions about content marketing or SEO or content creation or anything like that?"
