This is the last section of just like miscellaneous tips that didn't really fit anywhere else in the course.

So one thing that I liked to do was always give my coworking people first access to everything.

They're your most emotionally invested people, so make sure you reward them for that.

• telling them about an offer launch before the launch actually started.
• coupon codes to products
• I'd often give them access to book a service before anyone else
• the first people I went to to beta test an offer

Usually they were the first to hear about my new ideas before they were even offers because the offers would spark from conversations in coworking, or I'd come up with a new idea and be like, "Hey guys, I have this new idea, is this dumb or is this a good idea?" And half the time people would be like, "Oh my god, yes, please take my money."

So they were usually just naturally the first to hear about offers.
