I always liked to record the office hours portions of my coworking. That way I had a record of it if I said something super juicy that I knew I wanted to remember for content later.
And that way I had a record of it and I didn't have to force myself to remember.
And then also if somebody asked a really good question, I could reference how they phrased it for my copywriting and positioning.
I was not very good at organizing my recordings of these, so, I would suggest retitling the file once you like save the recording in Zoom or something.
Logistically how this would look was, at the start of co-working, I would pause the recording that automatically kicked off, then we'd go through our pomodoros, and then at the start of office hours section, I would unpause the recording.
It would start recording, and then at the end of the office hours when we went back into pomodoros, I would re-pause the recording. And then if we started having like side chit chat during a mini break or at the end of the session, whenever juicy shit was being said, I would unpause the recording.
That's logistically what that would look like.
